Company Description
We Prepare Ltd are a Chef inspired Sandwich & Salad manufacturing company with a production unit based in Slough. (BRCGs AA accredited). WSH is the parent company for leading brands such as BaxterStorey operating in the catering and hospitality sectors.
We Prepare supports WSH’s teams across all these sectors, and in addition works directly with major clients in the airline, travel, and food service sectors.
Job Description
- Plan production from an administrative and documentation perspective by ensuring all orders are received according to the production schedule and within the cut-off time, updating production plans, and preparing all required paperwork, including delivery notes, production sheets, product lists, and labels for the High Care and Despatch teams.
- Managing the inventory in Microsoft Dynamics GP; adding new products, editing existing products, editing prices and costs, activating/deactivating products.
- Manage Steven's programme by planning daily production, adding new recipes, updating existing recipes, and generating ingredient lists.
- File and maintain delivery notes, production sheets, and recipes in accordance with the company's traceability system.
- Actively communicate with the despatch team, production team, and management regarding any production issues, emergency orders, or other ad hoc situations.

Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.

Salary: Up to £28,000
Compensation: up to GBP 28000 - monthly
