Anglian Learning - Transforming Education Together

Salary: Scale 5, Point 12, £28,598 – Point 14, £29,540 pa, 1 FTE (£12,426.16 - £12,835.47 pro rata) Plus Holiday Pay.

Hours: Temporary (until July 2027), Part-Time, 22 hours per week, Term Time Only - 38 weeks

Expected Start Date: October 2026 (subject to completion of relevant checks)

Role overview:

Anglian Learning is pleased to share with you an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join Bassingbourn Village College on temporary basis.

As our Office Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of the school and a key member of our support team. You will provide efficient and professional administrative support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Working closely with staff, pupils, parents and visitors, you will manage a wide range of administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, coordinate communications, and help create a positive, organised and supportive environment where everyone feels welcomed and valued.
