A client of ours in the Coggeshall area are recruiting an part-time Office Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent position offering flexible hours, either 3 hours per day or 2 full days per week (Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch), paying £15.00 per hour. There is also the possibility of additional hours to cover holidays.

Your Key Duties

  • Processing internal sales orders
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day office duties

Skills and Experience Required

  • Previous administration experience
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Good communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Reliable, organised and able to work independently
