What's the role?
Baldwin & Francis are looking for an experienced Office Administrator, supporting the Service team.
To provide efficient administrative support within the organisation, helping to maintain smooth operations, manage correspondence, organise meetings, and support other departments as needed. This role ensures the business’s administrative functions run seamlessly, enabling other teams to focus on their core tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Organising meetings and preparing agendas
- Maintaining and updating filing systems (digital and paper-based)
- Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Processing timesheets on a weekly basis
- Supporting HR activities such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
- Handling general office administration tasks as required

What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Discreet and professional attitude
