Temporary Office Administrator
£12.71 - £13.00 p/h
Location: Tiptree, Essex
Work Arrangement: On-site
A client of ours in the Maldon area is recruiting for a full-time Office Administrator to join their team. This is a temporary position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm and paying £13.00 per hour. Due to the training and onboarding required for the role, the client is ideally looking for someone who can commit to the position for at least 3-4 months.

Key Duties
- Handling telephone enquiries and providing assistance where required
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Using IT systems to complete day-to-day administrative tasks
- Supporting the wider office team with general administration
- Communicating professionally with customers and colleagues
Skills and Experience Required

- Previous office administration experience
- Good telephone communication skills
- Confident using IT systems
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A reliable and committed approach
- Ability to commit to the role for a minimum of 3-4 months
