π― What You'll Be Doing
As our Office Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our office and production operations running smoothly.

- Greeting visitors, customers and delivery drivers
- Answering phone calls and emails, directing enquiries where needed
- Processing customer orders and generating work orders
- Assisting with production scheduling and job coordination
- Maintaining accurate records of jobs, invoices, materials and shipping documentation
- Supporting stock and inventory tracking
- Processing invoices, billing and payments using Sage
- Coordinating deliveries and collections with customers and logistics partners
- Supporting health & safety documentation and compliance
- Acting as a key link between the office and production teams
- Preparing reports and management information
π What We're Looking For
β Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or similar role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a busy, production-focused environment
- Positive, reliable and adaptable approach
β Desirable
- Manufacturing or industrial administration experience
- Knowledge of powder coating or metal fabrication environments
- Experience working with production teams and customers
- Understanding of health & safety requirements within manufacturing
