About the Role

Local Maids is looking for an organised and reliable Office Administrator / Booking Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, office-based position involving managing customer bookings, assigning cleaners and ensuring our daily cleaning appointments run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing customer bookings.
  • Assign cleaners based on availability and location.
  • Organise and update cleaners’ schedules.
  • Arrange cover when cleaners are unavailable.
  • Respond to customer calls, emails and messages.
  • Reschedule and cancel bookings when required.
  • Deal professionally with customer queries and complaints.
  • Communicate booking details and instructions to cleaners.
  • Maintain accurate customer and cleaner records.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of cleaners.
  • Carry out general office administration.

Experience & Requirements

Previous office, administration, customer service or scheduling/booking experience is required. You must have good communication and organisational skills, be confident speaking to customers over the phone, and be comfortable managing multiple bookings and last-minute changes.
