Office Administrator (Sales / Recruitment) Esher onsite to £23k

Opportunity for a well organised and communicative individual to join a friendly technology recruitment team based in Esher.

Your role as a Office Administrator will encompass a wide range of responsibilities including reception duties i.e. meeting and greeting guests, ensuring rooms are prepared, maintaining in-house systems, supporting the consultants with ad-hoc requests and managing aspects of the database as well as carrying out office manager duties, such as opening the office, maintaining stationary supplies and ordering refreshments and fruit as well as proactively supporting senior managers.

You'll be supported with training and mentoring. We're a sociable and close-knit team so we would love it if you would help with arranging socials or take ownership of our hugely popular weekly bake off! Location:

You'll be based fulltime (Monday to Friday) in our Esher (Surrey) office beautifully located by Sandown Racecourse, 5-10-minute walk from the station, and parking available (there are also opportunities to work from our London, City based offices).

About you:

  • You're a bright, pro-active individual with excellent written and verbal English language communication skills
  • You have good computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ideally you'll previous experience within a professional office or customer service environment (ideally admin / back office / PA or similar), but it's not essential if you have the right attitude!
  • You have a confident telephone manner
  • You have meticulous attention to detail
  • You're organised and able to manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment
  • You're personable and collaborative, keen to work in a team environment and make a real contribution to the smooth running and success of the company
  • You're educated to A-level or equivalent
