Job Title: Office Administrator.
Location: Crewe, Cheshire.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 / 08:00 – 17:00.
Job Type: Temp to Perm (13 weeks).
About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Administrator to join a busy builders merchants in Crewe. This is a customer-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling telephone enquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Completing order notes accurately
- Processing and taking sales orders
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements
- Excellent telephone and face-to-face communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- A positive, personable, and can-do attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
