Office Administrator
£25,000 – £27,000 per annum
Rochester, Kent
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm | Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Full-time | Office-based
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator on behalf of an established and successful family-run business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous administration experience, but full training can also be provided for the right person who is keen to learn and develop their skills.
Working closely with the management team and wider team, you’ll play an important role in keeping the day-to-day office operations running smoothly.

The Role
- Raising and managing purchase orders.
- Tracking orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintaining accurate supplier records, pricing, and order history.
- Liaising with engineers and management to confirm requirements.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Supporting invoicing, job tracking, and document preparation.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating site visits.
