OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION
United Kingdom (fully remote). The client is based in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.
PAY
£15.38 to £17.95 per hour depending on experience (£30,000 to £35,000 per annum at 37.5 hours, paid pro rata for part-time hours)
CONTRACT
Permanent. Full-time or part-time, with flexible working hours.
REPORTING TO
Managing Director (client side)
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Property Administrator supports the Managing Director and the wider team with day-to-day administration and secretarial duties, keeps the in-house case system up to date, and acts as the link between clients, courts and the legal team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming calls, direct enquiries and take messages.
- Support the team with day-to-day administration tasks.
- Liaise with the High Court Enforcement Officer and legal teams.
- Add and update instructions in the in-house case management system. Training is given.
- Prepare and update forms, reports and notices.
- Report to and update clients on a weekly and ad hoc basis.
- Chase courts for updates and keep relevant parties informed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in an administration, office assistant or receptionist role.
- Strong communication skills, organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and case or database systems.
- A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- The right to work in the UK.

DESIRABLE
- Experience within a property, legal, conveyancing or enforcement business.
- Experience liaising with courts or legal professionals.
