The Office Administrator / data input clerk is an on-site role based in Leyland. Hours can be flexible. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day office administration tasks, order processing, data input, including maintaining records, and organizing files.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations and support internal processes.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working with Office Equipment and basic IT tools, including printers, telephones, and standard office software.
  • Candidates should have solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, to interact effectively with colleagues and external contacts.
  • Candidates should demonstrate excellent Customer Service abilities when handling inquiries, providing information, and supporting visitors and clients.
  • Relevant experience in an office-based role within manufacturing or engineering environments is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities are required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools is expected.
  • A reliable, proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.
