About the Role and Team
We are looking for a new team member to join our Administration team in a part-time capacity! In this role, you will take on various responsibilities, managing daily office operations, coordinating office socials and events, supporting health & safety coordination, and handling general administrative tasks.
As part of a dynamic office environment, you'll work alongside great colleagues and have a unique opportunity to develop your skills within a global organization on an exciting growth journey.

- Manage day-to-day operations of the UK office including reception area
- Keep all office areas in a professional look and maintain clean environment
- Solve administrative questions and support Adformers on a daily basis
- Coordinate office socials, team gatherings, and local events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning to execution
- Manage incoming and outgoing office documentation including processing invoices to accounting department for payment
- Manage inventory and purchasing office stationery supplies
- Communicate maintenance and repair issues with the property management and outside vendors
- Act as the on-site point of contact for health & safety topics, coordinating with the external vendor and helping ensure local processes, documentation, and office practices are followed

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:
- At least 6 months of experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar support role
- Curiosity and willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute with ideas
- A proactive mindset in finding solutions and the ability to work independently
- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficient in writing and handling business correspondence
- Interest in coordinating internal socials, events, and initiatives that help create a welcoming office experience
- Basic understanding of health & safety topics, with willingness to coordinate on-site matters together with an external vendor
