About Us
We are a rapidly expanding, BRC-accredited fresh produce import and FMCG logistics business based in Wisbech. Our customers include wholesale, retail, food service, and processing companies across the UK.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover, providing essential support to our Commercial and Transport teams.
This is a varied and responsible role, ideal for a proactive individual with excellent organisational and communication skills. As our business continues to grow, there may also be an opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate following the maternity cover period.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and processing of transport invoices
- Handling collection and delivery documentation
- Providing administrative support to the Commercial team
- Data entry and order management on our ERP system (training provided)
- Covering holiday absences where required
- General administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Professional, accountable, and well-organised
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms (training provided on our bespoke ERP system)
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Working Hours & Benefits
- 12-month fixed-term maternity cover, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with bi-weekly Saturday cover (limited hours)
- 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays
- Salary £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
