About the Role

The Nebraska Division of Dustrol, Inc., a Milling and Hot-In-Place Recycling contractor and 100% Employee-Owned company providing asphalt recycling and related highway maintenance services throughout the Midwest, is looking for a full-time Office Administrator.

The Office Administrator is responsible for keeping the Nebraska Division office organized and running smoothly. This position plays an important role in keeping paperwork, forms, records, and other required information organized and submitted to the Corporate Office accurately and on time. The Office Administrator will work closely with and provide administrative support to the Area Manager and Nebraska Division employees.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist employees, customers, visitors, and vendors as needed.
  • Collect, organize, and track paperwork, forms, and other information required by the Corporate Office.
  • Ensure required documents are completed and submitted accurately and on time.
  • Maintain organized and accurate employee and division records.
  • Assist with timekeeping, payroll paperwork, invoices, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Area Manager and Nebraska Division.
  • Organize, scan, copy, file, and distribute documents as needed.
  • Communicate with the Corporate Office and Nebraska Division employees regarding paperwork and administrative needs.
  • Help keep the office organized and ensure routine administrative tasks are completed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well with employees, supervisors, management, and the Corporate Office.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic computer programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Dependable, organized, and professional.
