St. Paul’s Church of England Primary School is a successful and popular primary school with its own nursery. Our School’s vision is, ‘Let the little children come to me’. This vision clearly highlights how inclusive we are as a school, and this was acknowledged in our last Ofsted report (November 2022). We are a one and a half form entry school that welcome all children from a variety of backgrounds. We have a higher than average number of children with additional needs and this is reflected in our level of support offered both academically and socially. We are also a ‘Thrive’ school, which is an approach to support children’s emotional and social development. At our heart are our values of encouraging, challenging, brave, kind, thankful and thoughtful.
Our current post holder is retiring and we therefore have a vacancy for the post of our Office Administrator. We are a Christian school, so we expect our staff to support our Christian ethos and values. We are looking for a kind, positive, caring, flexible and enthusiastic individual who can demonstrate a high level of organisational skills.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
