Excellent PA Administrator Opportunity! 30-hour weeks!

Stockton/Egglescliffe office location. Permanent position.

This is a first-class PA/Administrative position. This is a permanent position in which you will operate 30 hour working weeks, working Monday to Friday.

WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Annual base Salary – £35,000 to £37,000 (37.5 hours) (pro rata)
  • 5 days a week, working 9am-3pm. Would potentially suit someone with children & school hours. Team is flexible so you could start slightly after 9am to accommodate school run.
  • Office Location – Stockton area
  • Small close-knit team, not a large headcount (Very professional team)

THE BUSINESS

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator/ PA to provide efficient administrative and organisational support to the Director and a small office team. This role requires someone who is organised, proactive, trustworthy and can deal with changing priorities and is flexible and comfortable managing a varied workload. Strong office 365 experience including outlook, word, and a working knowledge of excel and publisher would be advantageous.

THE ROLE

  • Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence and replying to emails on behalf of Directors
  • Manage Director’s diary on a day-to-day basis
  • Prepare documents including letters, file notes and meeting notes
  • Maintain office files and filing system both paper and electronic
  • Maintain dead file system both paper and electronic
  • Management of company and personal vehicle fleet
  • Update weekly timesheets for accounting purposes
  • Ordering stationery and office supplies
  • Assist the Director with personal administration including word processing
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries both personal and professional
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks including working with the Property Manager
  • Always maintain a high level of confidentiality

THE PERSON

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Previous experience managing both professional and personal commitments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable taking meeting notes and reproducing for distribution
  • Can reliably commute to office location (Driving licence & car)
