About the role
Are you an Experienced Office Administrator looking for your next challenge? Do you love keeping operations running smoothly, supporting multiple business functions and adding value across a growing business?
Our Cyber Security team URM in Reading are growing, and we’re currently seeking an Office Administrator to join them on a part-time basis.
About the day to day
You'll be working with colleagues across Resourcing, Finance, Marketing and wider business functions, managing a variety of administrative activities and helping ensure operational processes run seamlessly, including:
- Coordinating organisational calendars, meetings, activities and events
- Managing electronic document signing processes and supporting business compliance activities
- Arranging business travel, managing itineraries and processing expense claims
- Providing administration support across Finance, Marketing and other business functions as required
- Maintaining records, policies, certifications and business information to ensure accuracy and compliance
The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey. With access to a wide range of knowledge to help push yourself further - from Managers to Partners, the team are always happy to support you.

In addition to those core values, as an Office Administrator you should:
- Have previous experience in an office administration or business support role
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Have exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
- Be adaptable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
