Office Administrator - Kings Cross

Real PM, a Turner Company, is a specialist project and programme management consultancy based in London, supporting clients across the construction and infrastructure sectors in the UK and internationally. As part of Turner Construction, Real PM combines the specialist, hands-on approach of a London consultancy with access to the expertise, resources and global reach of one of the world's leading construction organisations.

Based in King's Cross, London, this is an exciting opportunity to support the Office & Admin Manager, as an Office Administrator, on the day-to-day running of the office, the wider team and providing some part-time PA support to a senior Executive.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You could be organising meetings and travel one day, helping prepare a presentation the next, or supporting the team with an urgent business request. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, likes being at the centre of a busy office and wants to learn, develop and take on more responsibility as they grow into the role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
