We have a fantastic part-time opportunity for an Office & Business Support Administrator in our client's Basingstoke office.

This is a varied office-based role where you will be joining a company with an outstanding reputation for developing its people and delivering exceptional client service. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, supporting the smooth running of the office, and providing administrative assistance across multiple departments.

What you'll be doing

  • Welcoming clients and visitors while managing the reception area.
  • Answering and directing incoming calls.
  • Booking meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for visitors.
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the office, including stationery ordering, office supplies, and liaising with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance.
  • Organising repairs for office equipment.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post, including forwarding client correspondence.
  • Providing administrative support across multiple departments.
  • Scanning, filing, archiving, and maintaining electronic and paper records.
  • Preparing client account packs and other documentation.
  • Assisting with general office administration and ad hoc projects.

You'll also have:

  • Previous administration or office support experience within a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
  • Experience with CCH or IRIS Docs would be an advantage but isn't essential.
