Our client is a well-established and growing property development and construction business seeking a professional and organised Receptionist / Office Administrator to join their friendly team in Bromley.
This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing essential administrative support to a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors and managing the reception area although you will be in the main office with everyone else
- Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
- Managing meeting room bookings and preparing refreshments when required
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and databases
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating with external suppliers
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a reception, administration or office support role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Professional, proactive and positive approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
