About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a well-organised and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and issuing sales quotations
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Ordering products from suppliers
- Checking supplier acknowledgements and resolving any discrepancies
- Liaising with customers regarding deliveries, installations, and order updates
- Raising and processing sales invoices
- Processing purchase invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Managing credit control and debt collection activities
- Providing general administrative support to the sales and operations teams

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous administration experience within the office furniture industry (essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and professional approach to work
- Experience using Prima and/or Horizon software would be advantageous, although full training can be provided
