Role Description

The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Leicester, responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role includes:

  • Managing correspondence
  • Maintaining records and filing systems
  • Organizing meetings and appointments
  • Supporting internal communication across teams
  • Handling reception duties, greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and coordinating basic office logistics such as supplies, equipment, and facility requests
  • Assisting with customer service tasks
  • Preparing simple reports or documentation
  • Supporting managers with administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently

  • Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills to manage daily operations and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Candidates should be comfortable using Office Equipment and basic office software to maintain records, prepare documents, and manage communication tools.
  • Candidates should demonstrate effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work on-site in Leicester and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; experience in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with digital filing and scheduling systems is beneficial.
  • Relevant vocational qualification or certificate in business administration or a related field is desirable.
