Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office admin to support the smooth running of our company operations.

The ideal candidate will be confident, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our projects and people on track by ordering materials, updating internal systems, and maintaining essential admin processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and distributing weekly order lists
  • Gathering sustainability data and helping to report it
  • General office admin: distributing post, handling returns, restocking stationery
  • Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with enquiries
  • Coordinating company socials and internal events
  • Asset admin and logging
  • Filing delivery notes
  • Organising couriers
  • Ordering workshop materials / stock
  • Assisting new employee onboarding

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a production, events, or administrative support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Confident communicator with good written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude
  • Basic understanding of production processes, scenic construction, or events logistics
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
  • A friendly, flexible, and professional approach to teamwork and client interaction
