ATS Electrics Ltd is a Select-registered electrical services company based in Ayr, serving Ayrshire, Glasgow, and the wider West Coast and Central belt areas. ATS Electrics delivers domestic and commercial services including full rewires, new build installations, EV charging, emergency lighting, electrical testing, EICRs, and landlord safety certificates. Role Description

The Office Administrator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ayr. The Office Administrator will oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing phone and email enquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating job bookings for domestic and commercial electrical projects.

This position requires a proactive approach to organizing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and helping keep office processes efficient and well-structured.

Qualifications

  • Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing schedules, documentation, and workflows.
  • Proficiency with Office Equipment and basic IT tools, including telephones, printers, and common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Solid Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a courteous and helpful attitude.
  • Experience in a trade, construction, or electrical services environment is beneficial, along with familiarity with job booking or CRM systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team environment.
  • Relevant vocational qualification or experience in office administration or business support is preferred.
