Based in Falkirk, the Office Administrator is available on a part-time or full-time basis. This role involves managing day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing files and documentation. The Office Administrator will support internal teams with administrative tasks with customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong administration skills and experience in Word and Excel.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to interact with colleagues, suppliers, and customers professionally.
- Basic knowledge of record keeping, data entry, and document management is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
- Experience in an administrative or office-based role is preferred, ideally within a commercial or service-focused business.
- Comfort working on-site in Falkirk and collaborating with a diverse team.
