Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Skegness, UK
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00 - 16:00), Fixed Term contract to cover sick leave
Pay: National Minimum Wage per hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to join our team in Skegness. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting office operations and assisting our team with administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage various office functions efficiently. In addition to standard administrative duties, this position will now include responsibilities related to credit control.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office administration, including managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Ordering office supplies and stationery to ensure smooth operations.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for company personnel when needed.
- Assisting the field teams by using client communication platforms and company systems.
- Performing credit control duties, ensuring timely payment collections and managing outstanding accounts.
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Supporting other administrative tasks as required by the office manager and senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail: capable of handling various tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Credit control experience: or a willingness to learn and manage financial tasks related to payment collection.
- Organisational skills: ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Training:
Full training will be provided for all specific duties, systems, and credit control functions.
