As an Office Administrator, you'll help keep the office running smoothly, support the wider team, and provide a welcoming first impression for visitors. From handling enquiries to keeping important documents organized, this is a varied role where your attention to detail will make a difference every day. The Role:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Open and distribute daily post.
- Upload important documents to the case management system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Organize filing and document archiving, keeping information accessible.
- Support the reception team and welcome visitors to the office.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to help the wider team work efficiently.
The Person:
- Experience in an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar administration role.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to handling documents.
- Well organized, with the ability to prioritize a varied workload.
- Comfortable working independently and supporting colleagues.
- A professional, friendly approach to telephone enquiries and welcoming visitors.
