Trident Trust is a leading independent provider of corporate, trust, and fund services to the financial services sector worldwide, employing over 1,100 staff across a global footprint that spans Africa, the Americas, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East.
Trident Trust is seeking an Office Administrator to join our London office. The Office Administrator will provide administrative and operational support across a range of departments including Client Services, Compliance, Reception, Human Resources, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Trust Services Support: Maintain accurate client records and documentation; assist with corporate, trust, and statutory documentation; support client communications and meeting coordination
- Compliance Support: Maintain compliance records, registers, and tracking logs; support onboarding and periodic compliance reviews; perform basic document checks to support compliance monitoring activities
- Human Resources: Assist with onboarding and induction activities; maintain HR records and employee files; support recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives
- Finance Support: Assist with reconciliations and routine reporting; support month-end and year-end finance processes; maintain finance databases and spreadsheets
- Office & Reception Support: Provide reception cover as required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Qualifications & Experience
- Good standard of education, including GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
- Previous administrative experience gained through employment, internships, placements, education, or voluntary work
- Experience working with confidential or sensitive information is advantageous
