Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Office based (Guildford)
The offices are based in central Guildford. There is no office parking, but the offices are 10-minute walk from the main train station.
Hours: 30 hours a week.
Salary: £28,000 per annum, pro rata

Job Description:

Raccoon Media Group is a young, entrepreneurial event organiser. The focus is on approaching concept development, marketing and the on-site event experience from a unique angle. As such, we're happy to take risks, give our team the authority to make their own decisions and to provide the necessary support to deliver the desired results.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive person to join the Raccoon team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys helping others, keeping things organised and getting stuck in wherever needed.

Alongside supporting office operations, the role will also involve attending events and working on site at our shows, so flexibility, a positive attitude and a willingness to travel are important.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between sales, accounts and marketing
  • Contract processing and related administration
  • Floorplan and website reconciliation
  • CRM maintenance
  • Appointment setting for event directors
  • Travel bookings
  • Support with show preparation
  • Admin support on-site at exhibitions
  • Contract admin – setting up new shows etc on Adobe DocuSign system
  • Stationery and office consumables ordering
  • General business administration – e.g. assistance with new starter equipment packs - laptops, keys, fobs, office maintenance etc
  • Asset and IT inventory log
  • Organising gifts
  • Branded clothes and stationery
  • Ordering and making sure office supplies are up to date
  • Ordering business cards for the team
  • Support with organising staff parties
  • Data exports for Operations
  • Sales Team Support
