Location: Glasgow, Glasgow City, United Kingdom
Salary: £13.55 per Hour
Job Type: Part-time - Saturday and Sunday 08:00am - 15:00pm

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our team on weekends in Glasgow. This role is pivotal to our continued success and offers a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.
Role Overview
As our Weekend Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office operations during the weekend period. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly and supporting our teams across Health, Nursing & Social Care, and Catering & Hospitality divisions. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and staff rotas as needed.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Support payroll and timesheet processing for weekend staff in collaboration with HR.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure the workplace is well stocked.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and invoice processing tasks.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
- Provide administrative support to Health, Nursing & Social Care, and Catering & Hospitality teams as required.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and organised for staff and visitors.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role, preferably within Health, Nursing & Social Care, or Catering & Hospitality sectors.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during weekend hours.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and payroll procedures is advantageous.
