Office Administrator - Entry Level
We are looking for an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our Winnipeg office. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is starting their career in office administration and is eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and management team.
- Answer and direct phone calls and general inquiries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical files and company records.
- Prepare and update documents, spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining internal records.
- Coordinate office supplies and other general office needs.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Support basic purchasing, invoice processing, expense tracking, and administrative tasks.
- Assist different departments with administrative requests as needed.

Requirements
- Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous office or administrative experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Reliable, professional, and willing to learn.
