About the company
My client is a fast-growing technology business developing advanced software and robotics that are transforming global logistics. Its teams span hardware, manufacturing, software, AI, and commercial, and work closely together to deliver results at pace.
It has a high-performance, high-reward culture: direct, ambitious, and low on ego and bureaucracy, built around four principles of performance, impact, commitment, and working as one team. No knowledge of robotics or technology is needed for this role.
The role
As Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently across a site of five units. You will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and take care of the daily tasks that keep everyone productive and organised.
It is a busy, varied, and active role with plenty of ordering and moving between units. You will work closely with the Facilities Assistant, as the two roles often overlap. Please note this role requires you to be on site 5 days a week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
