Office Administrator – Join Our Dynamic Team!
Location: Ashby de la Zouch
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Office-based)
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 (DOE)
About the Role:
Are you an organised, people-focused professional who thrives in a busy environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Administrator to become the backbone of our office operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where your attention to detail and administrative skills will truly make a difference.
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you’ll be the face of our office, setting the tone for a professional, welcoming, and well-run workplace. You’ll work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly, ensuring everything from schedules to supplies are managed seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
- Managing calendars and schedules
- Handling phone calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
- Supporting the team with various admin tasks
- Maintaining and updating records accurately
- Keeping our office well-stocked and organised
- Creating and managing documents using Google Suite
- Developing our CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (ideal but not essential)
- A proactive and highly organised approach to work
- Strong communication skills and confident phone etiquette
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Great attention to detail and a knack for keeping things on track
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and Google Suite is a bonus
