We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support across the business. This is a varied role that will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and teams across the business.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar bookings.
  • Process documentation, forms, and business records accurately and within deadlines.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of internal communications.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and management information requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers as required.
  • Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR requirements, and confidentiality standards.

Required skills & experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
