Role Description

The Office and Accounts Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Silsden. This role is responsible for day-to-day office administration, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, and coordinating general office activities to ensure smooth operations. The role also supports accounting functions such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, managing purchase orders, tracking expenses, and assisting with preparation of reports and basic financial documentation. The administrator will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to handle queries, maintain accurate data in systems, and support order processing and logistics. The role requires consistent attention to detail, effective time management, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Strong office administration skills, including document management, scheduling, and general clerical support.
  • Competence in basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, account reconciliation, data entry, and expense tracking.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Excel, Word, email and ERP/accounting systems) and ability to learn new tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to improving processes.
  • Prior experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or accounts support is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant vocational training or qualifications in administration, business, or accounting are an advantage.
