Office and Culture Manager

Graduate/ Entry Level Office and Culture Manager

Location

Central London (On-site 5 days a week)

Salary

£25k-£30k Plus 10% Annual Bonus - ASAP start


We are looking for a proactive new Office and Culture Manager to oversee the general day to day running of Plexus HQ!

Who you are

This is an entry-level, exciting, and varied role, giving you the full start-up experience across a range of people focused responsibilities. There are strong progression pathways too! We will provide you with full training, so your attitude is more important than your current experience. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, organised and full of new ideas!

Main responsibilities

  • Office management and operations
  • Social media marketing
  • Events
  • Employee experience and onboarding

The Operations side

  • Being a friendly face of Plexus, greeting visitors to the business and welcoming new team members
  • Managing, liaising with, and meeting external vendors
  • Working closely with our internal hiring and learning and development team during the onboarding of new starters
  • Sourcing office supplies, furnishings, kitchen essentials and tech
  • Assisting with onsite tech set ups and maintenance
  • Updating sales figures, raising invoices and terms, processing holiday requests

The Culture side

  • Help the charity and social committees come up with and plan new company wide events
  • Alongside our Marketing manager, come up with and create new content ideas for social media, specifically targeting Gen Z
  • Help showcase our people, culture, achievements and expertise
  • Be comfortable in front of a camera and featuring in your own social media campaigns!
  • Be a positive, vibrant and helpful person in the office; someone people can come to for support.
