About FIXR

Here at FIXR, we’re on a mission to become the world's leading ticketing and event intelligence platform. Ticket sales and event management can often be clunky and manual, but our platform makes it effortless for organisers to create seamless, user-friendly experiences for their attendees. At the core of FIXR is a powerful suite of data and reporting tools that provides organisers with actionable insights to better understand their audience and scale their business.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our UK team as we accelerate our global growth and expand into new ticketing sectors. While based in our London HQ, you will collaborate closely with our international teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an Office & Culture Manager to drive the day-to-day operations of our London HQ while shaping a vibrant company culture. In addition to supporting our local team, you will extend operational support to our South Africa office.

As our ultimate team champion, you will ensure our workplace remains an energising, efficient, and fun place to work. You will own the planning of company activities, social events, and high-impact meetings. As the front-of-house ambassador, you'll provide a warm welcome to all guests and clients. Additionally, you will support company leadership by providing Executive Assistant services to the C-Suite.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
