Fidarsi is partnering with a leading financial services business to recruit an Office & Facilities Manager to join their London team. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a varied position combining office and facilities management with administrative support, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business and taking ownership of the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day office and facilities queries
- Coordinating office supplies, security passes, lockers, and meeting rooms
- Managing relationships and contracts with external suppliers
- Coordinating business visitors and liaising with reception and security
- Supporting internal staff events and communications
- Managing company equipment in partnership with onsite IT
- Providing technical and organisational support across the office
- Supporting Business Continuity Planning
- Acting as a Fire Warden and First Aider, with appropriate training
- Supporting the UK management team with meetings, diary coordination, and minute-taking
- Arranging travel, client meetings, and meeting rooms
- Maintaining absence and working-from-home records
- Providing wider administrative support across the business as required

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and personable, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels.
Previous experience within financial services or another professional corporate environment would be highly advantageous, alongside experience in office coordination, facilities, administration, or team support.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a broad, hands-on role within a professional and collaborative financial services environment.
