Newburgh Networks is a friendly, established IT support company with a growing customer base and an excellent reputation for customer service.
We're looking for an organised and proactive Finance and Office Administrator to become a key part of our team.
This is a primarily home-based role, offering flexible part-time hours to fit around your lifestyle, with occasional visits to our Dorset head office.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer calls and emails.
- Generate and reconcile invoices using QuickBooks Online and our in-house system.
- Support our engineers with day-to-day administration.
- Manage diaries and appointments.
- Help keep the business running efficiently.

Essential
What You'll Bring:
- Experience using QuickBooks Online.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive, proactive approach.
- Confident using a Microsoft Windows computer and other IT systems.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Full UK driving licence and the ability to attend our Dorset office when required.

Desirable
- Experience with Halo PSA.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
What We Offer
- £15–£17 per hour, depending on experience.
- Flexible 20–30 hours per week.
- Primarily home-based working.
