⏰ 7.5 hours per day + lunch
We’re recruiting an Office & Finance Administrator to join a leading, award-winning video game studio based in Knutsford. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with some previous office, administration, or customer service experience who would love the opportunity to work within the video games and entertainment industry.
You’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of a busy studio environment, working across general administration, finance support, travel, expenses, and office coordination.
⚠️ Please note: this role is 4 days per week only and is not a full 5-day working week.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing adjustments and updates to online record systems
- Raising purchase orders and processing goods received
- Providing general administrative support to the Finance team
- Supporting staff travel bookings and expenses
- Managing, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence and emails
- Handling outgoing post and occasional Post Office trips
- Ordering and restocking office supplies and refreshments
- Coordinating café/food orders and staff purchases
- Helping with occasional local supply collections

👤 What We’re Looking For
- Some previous office, administration, customer service, or similar experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Professional approach to handling confidential information
- Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Positive, proactive, and helpful attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car for occasional supply pickups
