Robert Half is partnering with a specialist recruitment and consultancy business operating across the UK and US in search for a Office and Operations Co-ordinator in their London office.
The Role
Office & Operations Coordinator
This is a newly created role responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the London office, supporting a team of approximately 20 recruiters in the UK, whilst also providing ad-hoc operational support to a small New York team.
The role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and genuine opportunity to develop as the business grows. There is also scope to become involved in internal HR projects in the future for someone interested in broadening their skill set.
Location: London
Working Pattern: 3-4 days per week in the office (typically Tuesday-Thursday core days)
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (flexible)

- Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office and act as the main point of contact for workplace operations
- Coordinate facilities, maintenance, suppliers, office equipment and workplace projects
- Manage relationships with WeWork, building management and external providers
- Ensure the office remains organised, professional and welcoming for employees and visitors
IT Equipment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the ordering, setup, deployment and tracking of laptops, mobile phones and IT equipment
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring equipment and access are prepared ahead of start dates
- Maintain accurate asset registers and liaise with IT providers regarding repairs and replacements
Culture, Events & Employee Experience
- Organise company socials, team events and employee engagement initiatives
- Support the delivery of workplace culture activities across the wider UK business
- Help create a positive and engaging office environment that promotes collaboration and team connection

Business Support
- Provide operational and administrative support to leadership and wider business functions
- Assist with process improvements and support business-wide operational projects
Candidate Profile
Must-Haves/ Key Experience
- 1-2 years' experience within an Office Coordinator, Office Assistant, Team Assistant, Operations Assistant or similar business support role
- Previous experience working within a busy office environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable supporting facilities, onboarding, and office operations
