We're looking for an Office & Operations Coordinator to become the go-to person for the London office. This is a newly created role reporting into the COO, offering a broad mix of office management, operations, onboarding, IT coordination and employee engagement responsibilities. It's an opportunity to take ownership, shape the role and play a key part in supporting the continued growth of the business.

🏒 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the London office
  • Coordinate facilities, maintenance, suppliers and workplace services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office operations
  • Manage IT equipment, laptops, mobile phones and asset tracking
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
  • Prepare equipment and workspaces for new starters
  • Liaise with external providers and service partners
  • Organise company socials, team events and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support leadership with operational and administrative tasks
  • Help improve internal processes and ways of working
  • Provide ad-hoc support to a small team in New York

  • 1-2 years' experience in an office, operations, administration or business support role
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Bright, proactive and eager to learn
  • Confident building relationships across all levels of a business
  • Personable and approachable, whilst able to be direct when needed
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Enjoys taking ownership and making a role their own
  • Interested in being part of a growing business
