Office and Property Manager

Fitzrovia

£35-40k

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, confident, and proactive Office and Property Manager to join this thriving independent estate agent consultancy in Fitzrovia!

Our client specialises in some of central London's most desirable homes across Fitzrovia, Bloomsbury, Marylebone and the surrounding areas. They have an outstanding reputation and deal predominantly in the ‘top end’ of the market, so you will ideally have experience working with high-net-worth individuals along with first-class customer service skills to be considered for this position.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will be involved in sales and lettings administration, property management, and general office management. Although previous experience within the property industry is required; the main requirement is for someone who fits in well with the team and is happy to get involved in lots of different areas of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
