Office Services & Reprographics Assistant
London | £30,000–£32,000 | Permanent | Full-time office based
If you’re someone who likes being busy, enjoys being part of a team and would much rather have a role where the day moves quickly than sit doing the same task for eight hours, this could be a brilliant next step.
I’m working with a leading international law firm looking to add an Office Services & Reprographics Assistant to its established internal services team in London.
This is a genuinely varied role working across both reprographics and general office services, supporting lawyers and business services teams with everything from printing, scanning and document production through to post, couriers, internal deliveries and wider office support. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved with Facilities projects, including office and desk moves.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The reprographics side is an important part of the role, so previous exposure to a print room, reprographics, post room or similar office services environment would be particularly useful. You could be operating high-volume printers, preparing and binding documents, producing court bundles, working with PDFs and making sure confidential and sometimes original legal documentation is handled accurately and carefully.
There’s plenty of variety on the general office side too, including incoming and outgoing post, booking couriers, internal mail collections and deliveries, stock control and supporting the wider Facilities and business support teams when required.
Who am I looking for?
You don’t need to have been doing this for years. This could be a really good opportunity for someone in their second role who has already gained some relevant experience and is ready to build on it within a professional, fast-paced environment.

You’ll need previous experience in a similar type of role and good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF software. Previous experience with printers is particularly attractive, while experience of high-volume printing, copying or binding equipment would be a definite advantage.
Just as importantly, I’m looking for the person behind the experience. Someone who is:
- proactive, practical and happy to get stuck in
- a genuine team player with a strong work ethic
- confident communicating with people at all levels
- organised, accurate and able to juggle changing priorities
- comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
- the sort of person who spots what needs doing and does it
The role is fully office based in London, with shifts across the team covering 8am–6pm.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
