Office Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Epsom

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 2:30pm

Salary: full time equivalent of c£30,000 – £32,000

The Opportunity

We are looking for a friendly, proactive and organised Office Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role that combines front-of-house reception duties with administrative support to the HR team and day to day running of the office, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy and collaborative office environment.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing reception and greeting visitors, candidates and guests.
  • Handling incoming calls, deliveries and general enquiries.
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team.
  • Assisting with onboarding activities for new starters.
  • Booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting spaces.
  • Managing office supplies and liaising with suppliers.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and office events.
  • Maintaining office records, filing and data entry.
  • Helping ensure the office remains organised, professional and well-presented.
  • Supporting the day-to-day operational requirements of the office as needed.

About You

We're looking for someone who is approachable, organised and enjoys supporting others. You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in an office administration, or reception
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to get involved across the business.
