About Margetts Wealth Management
Margetts Wealth Management is an established Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) firm providing financial planning and wealth management services to high net worth clients. We are known for our professional approach, exceptional client service and long term relationships.
We are seeking an organised and proactive Office Assistant to join our team in a newly created role, supporting advisers and senior team members by taking ownership of a range of administrative and office responsibilities.
The Role
This role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, takes pride in their work and is confident communicating with others.
A key part of the role is coordinating client review meetings, ensuring appointments are booked and tracked to support our regulatory requirements. You will also assist with general administration, follow up outstanding client documentation and consult with providers.
Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential. More important are strong organisational skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Answering and fielding all inbound calls.
- Managing / owning “Client Review Meeting Schedule”
- Following up outstanding documentation and paperwork.
- Chasing signatures and information required by the Margetts team
- Contacting providers and third parties
- Printing, scanning, photocopying and document preparation.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.

About You
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order, managing schedules and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
You will be:
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Meticulous, with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable and willing to take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Confident speaking with clients and providers on the telephone.
- Friendly, professional and easy to work with.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

- Keen to learn and develop within the business.
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience within an office based administration role.
- Experience within a professional services environment.
- Financial services experience.
- Experience using CRM or practice management systems.

This role may therefore suit someone seeking full time hours, reduced hours, school hours working, or a flexible schedule, provided the responsibilities of the position are fulfilled to a high standard.
