Role Purpose
Reporting to the Client Support Manager, the ideal candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the London office while supporting the delivery of financial planning and advice to clients through the efficient and timely management of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening, sorting, scanning and distributing incoming and outgoing post to the relevant members of the team
- Meeting and greeting guests and ensuring meeting rooms are clean, tidy and well presented
- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
- Photocopying, scanning, binding and filing company documents
- Arranging couriers
- Supporting marketing initiatives where needed, including client milestone gifts and cards
- Keeping the office organised, tidy and well presented
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring sufficient supplies are available for day-to-day administration and upcoming events
- Assisting the IT team with new starter welcome packs and laptop setups
- Carrying out any other reasonable duties as requested by line management or the Directors

- IT literate with basic skills in MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel
