🎯 What You'll Do

As our People & Office Coordinator, you'll help create a positive, welcoming and well-organised workplace experience for employees across the business.

🎉 Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Organise office events, lunches and celebrations
  • Support wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help coordinate incentives, rewards and recognition programmes
  • Support internal communications and People campaigns
  • Help create a positive and engaging workplace culture

🏢 Office & Workplace Coordination

  • Support the day-to-day running of the office
  • Coordinate suppliers, facilities and workplace services
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and meeting rooms
  • Support workplace health and safety administration
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings

👋 Onboarding & Employee Support

  • Support new starter onboarding and induction activities
  • Prepare workspaces, equipment and welcome materials
  • Maintain employee records and organisational information
  • Support joiner and leaver administration processes
  • Work closely with the People Business Partner on People initiatives and projects

👀 Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, loves being organised and takes pride in creating a great employee experience.

You'll likely have:

  • Previous administration, office coordination, hospitality, events, customer service or workplace support experience
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Previous HR experience is not essential.
