Office Assistant

Location: United Kingdom; client based in London
Workplace: Remote
Salary: £12–£16 per hour
Contract: Part-time

The opportunity

Apply4U is recruiting a part-time Office Assistant on behalf of a London-based organisation. Although the position is remote, it is a hands-on administrative role supporting the day-to-day flow of correspondence, schedules, records, meetings, and routine business documents.

The role

You will help keep everyday administration organised and accurate across several teams. The work includes managing shared information, coordinating routine activity, preparing documents, and making sure follow-up actions are not missed.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day email, correspondence, and scheduling activity.
  • Keep company records, trackers, and databases accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare routine reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, circulate information, and track follow-up actions.
  • Provide responsive administrative support to several departments and prioritise requests appropriately.

What we are looking for

  • Strong organisation and time-management skills.
  • Clear written and spoken communication.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to prioritise competing requests, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
  • Previous office, administration, or coordination experience is preferred.
  • Reliability and self-management when working remotely.
